At Allnice, we take pride in delivering high-quality OEM/ODM drinkware and outdoor products tailored to your specifications. Due to the custom and wholesale nature of our business, our Return & Refund Policy is designed specifically for B2B clients, such as brand owners, distributors, and bulk purchasers.
By placing an order with Allnice, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Return or Refund
Because most of our orders are custom-manufactured based on client specifications (e.g. color, logo, packaging, design), we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons including:
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect order placement by the buyer
Market changes or unsold inventory
However, we will accept return or refund requests only in the following situations:
The delivered goods are materially different from the approved sample or confirmed product specifications
There are clear manufacturing defects not caused by shipping or storage conditions
Products were damaged due to faulty packaging on our end
Wrong product models, colors, or specifications were shipped due to our mistake
2. Timeframe for Claims
All return or refund claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the goods.
To initiate a claim, please email info@allniceind.com with the following:
Purchase order number and invoice
Description of the issue
Photos or videos clearly showing the problem
Any relevant supporting documents (e.g., customs inspection reports, QC reports)
Late or incomplete claims may be rejected.
3. Evaluation Process
Once we receive your return/refund request, we will:
Review the provided documentation
Conduct an internal investigation (including factory and quality control records)
Respond within 5–7 business days with our decision
In cases where a return is accepted, we will provide return shipping instructions. Do not return any products without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed or refunded.
4. Return Shipping and Responsibility
For approved returns due to our error, we will bear the return shipping cost or provide a credit/refund accordingly.
For returns due to other reasons, the buyer is responsible for return freight, insurance, and customs clearance (if applicable).
Returned items must be:
Unused and in original condition
In the original packaging
Properly labeled and shipped back within 15 days of return authorization
5. Refund Method
If a refund is approved, we may issue it in one of the following forms:
Bank transfer (same method as payment)
Credit note for future orders
Replacement of defective items in the next shipment
Please note that processing times may vary based on your bank and international transfer regulations.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Products damaged during transit not caused by Allnice’s packaging
Items that have been modified, engraved, or used
Custom molds or prototypes after production has started
Trial orders or samples unless explicitly agreed upon
7. Quality Assurance
At Allnice, we implement strict quality control protocols at every stage of production and packaging. For OEM/ODM orders, we offer:
Pre-shipment inspection and reporting
Sample confirmation before mass production
Real-time production updates upon request
We encourage clients to conduct their own third-party inspections before shipment if needed.
