Confirm that you have the legal right to use and share those assets
Retain full ownership of your submitted materials
Grant Allnice a limited, non-exclusive license to use the materials solely for the purpose of manufacturing, packaging, and delivering your products
We do not use, share, or reproduce your designs or logos for any purpose outside of your project.
3. Custom Mold and Design Rights
3.1 Mold Ownership
Molds developed fully at the customer’s expense are considered customer-owned molds, and Allnice will not use them for any other client without written consent.
Molds partially funded or subsidized by Allnice may be considered shared-use, depending on the contractual terms.
3.2 Exclusive Designs
If a custom product or design is registered under your brand in your local jurisdiction, please inform us in writing and provide supporting documentation.
Allnice respects exclusivity agreements and can sign NDAs or IP protection agreements as needed.
4. Protection of Joint Developments
For joint development projects (e.g., co-designed drinkware or collaborative R&D), ownership and usage rights will be agreed upon in writing prior to production. Without a written agreement, Allnice retains full rights to use, improve, and commercialize such designs.
5. Infringement Claims
