1. Shipping Scope

We ship bulk orders to B2B clients in the following regions:

  • Other global destinations by request

All shipping arrangements are made in accordance with international trade practices, and we can accommodate various Incoterms, including FOB, CIF, EXW, DDU, or DDP, depending on agreement.


2. Processing Time

2.1 Lead Time

  • Standard Orders: 20–35 business days after order confirmation and deposit

  • Custom OEM/ODM Orders: May vary depending on mold creation, artwork approval, and material sourcing

  • Sample Orders: Typically 7–14 business days

You will receive an estimated production timeline upon order confirmation.

2.2 Urgent Requests

Expedited production and delivery services are available based on project scope and current capacity. Additional charges may apply.


3. Shipping Methods

We work with a variety of international freight forwarders and carriers to provide flexible options:

  • Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): Ideal for large, cost-effective shipments

  • Air Freight: For smaller or urgent orders

  • Rail Freight: Available to certain regions, such as Russia and Central Asia

  • Courier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS): Typically used for samples or small-volume shipments

If you have a preferred shipping partner or account, we are happy to ship via your designated provider.


4. Delivery Time

Transit times vary depending on destination, shipping method, and customs clearance. As a general guideline:

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that products comply with local regulations and import requirements.

  • We can support documentation preparation and cooperate with your local broker if needed.


7. Shipping Insurance

We recommend that all shipments be insured for full commercial value. For CIF or DDP shipments, Allnice will arrange insurance coverage. For EXW or FOB terms, insurance is the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified.


8. Delays and Force Majeure

While we strive for timely delivery, Allnice is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Port congestion

  • Customs clearance delays

  • Global logistics disruptions (e.g., container shortages, pandemic impacts)

  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or geopolitical issues

We will notify you immediately of any significant delay and provide updated shipping estimates.


9. Order Tracking

For all shipments, we provide:

  • Tracking numbers or B/L copies

  • Real-time updates via email from our logistics coordinator

  • On-request photos of packaging or loading (for FCL orders)


10. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your goods are damaged or lost in transit:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment

  2. Provide detailed descriptions, photos, and any supporting documents

  3. We will coordinate with the carrier or insurer for claims processing

  4. Resolutions may include replacement, credit, or refund based on final claim outcome
